i will be organising a skills challenge cup for my first batch of ballers. hopefully through this, every individual will find out more about their own weakness and their strong point and exploit it to win the game.

HERES THE CHALLENGE DETAILS.
part 1: layup challenge
make as many layup within 5 mins.
layup with dominant hand = 2 pts
reverse layup with diminant hand = 4pts
miss layup = -1pt
hitting of board打板= +1 pt
finishing w non-dominant hand = +2 pts
part 2: free throw
shoot 20 consecutive shots. each made basket is 2pts.
each airball is -2pts.
consecutive shot +1pt.
eg, made 3 straight shots = 2 + (2+1) + (2+1+1)
part 3: 3 point shootout
shoot 20 consecutive 3 pointers
shoot 20 consecutive shots. each made basket is 3pts.
each airball is -2pts.
consecutive shot +1pt.
eg, made 3 straight shots = 3 + (3+1) + (3+1+1)
part 4: 1 on 1
round robin system. race to 10points. 2 point and 3 point rules apply. loser possession.
win = 3 pts
lose = 1 pt
if the loser gets 4 points or less, loser will be deducted 2 points.
part 5: ENDURE!!
beep test.
level x 5pts.
eg. level 6 = 6 x 5pts
